TEK (Academic Engineers and Architects in Finland) Study: Sito is the best employer in the infrastructure industry
In a labour market study ordered by Academic Engineers and Architects in Finland, occupational well-being among respondents from Sito was among the 46 top companies.
In a labour market study carried out by TEK among its members, Sito was among the 46 top companies in terms of occupational well-being according to respondents. In addition, Sito was clearly the forerunner among infrastructure companies. In the study, occupational well-being was assessed based on job security, workload, support from supervisors, and the opportunity to organise one's own work. The results support the results previously obtained from our own study among our personnel, which indicated that job satisfaction among Sito employees is clearly higher than the average in expert organisations. Based on these results, we can now say that we have achieved our goal to make Sito the best workplace in the whole industry!
